HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
It takes about 3-5 business days for our product to be produced and sent out typically. Once shipped, It will deliver time 5-10 business days.Please note that It does not include handcrafting time.Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER?
you may not change your shipping address after your order has been sent out.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with logistics company.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 1-5days. If your target country is not affected by the epidemic, you can receive your goods as scheduled. If your country is experiencing COVID-19, depending on different national policies, different work arrangements, and different government decisions, your logistics duration may be delayed by 2-3 weeks.we will arrange product delivery as soon as possible to minimize your receipt time
